(Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE/APP ("SITE"), YOU AGREE
TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

assistance to Police or any other statutory investigation agency to tackle
fraudulent users, on being specifically instructed by the said authorities. To
report fraud or misuse, please email us at grievance-officer@fastermatrimony.com with full

1. Acceptance of the Agreement
Fastermatrimony.com is an advertising platform providing
targeted services for matrimonial alliances. This is a serious platform for
individuals seeking a life partner for marriage and is not a casual dating
site.
To use our services, you must register as a member
("Member"). "Member" or "User" refers to a person
who voluntarily submits information to the Site, whether as a free or paid
member. Fastermatrimony.com acts as an "intermediary" as defined
under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
By using the Service, you consent to submitting your
personally identifiable information (including sensitive personal data such as
financial data for paid memberships, identity proofs, etc.). You agree that we
may collect, process, display, and use this information to provide the Service.
If you object to this, please do not register on our Site.
If you wish to withdraw this consent, you must
discontinue using our Service and request account deletion by emailing helpdesk@fastermatrimony.com from your registered
email ID.
2. Eligibility
A. To register as a Member, you must be of legal
marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for
females and 21 years or over for males).
B. This Site is for personal use by individuals who are legally competent to
enter into matrimony. Membership is void where prohibited.
C. By using this Site, you confirm you have the right, authority, and legal
capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not prohibited by any law or
court order from entering into matrimony.
D. You confirm your intent is to find a life partner and not for casual dating
or commercial use.
E. We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately without a
refund if we believe you are not eligible, have made a misrepresentation, or
have violated any terms.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that
occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any
unauthorized use of your account and to log out at the end of each session.
4. Term and Termination
A. This Agreement remains valid as long as you use our
Site.
B. You may terminate your membership at any time by deleting your profile or by
writing to us. If you terminate, you will not be entitled to a refund of any
unused subscription fees.
C. Fastermatrimony.com may terminate your membership for any reason, including
a breach of these terms, by sending a notice to your registered email address.
If we terminate your membership due to a breach, you will not receive any
refund.
D. In the unlikely event of business discontinuity, we shall refund 50% of the
unused membership fees paid by you.
5. Member Conduct and Responsibilities
A. The Site is for the personal use of individual members
only. Organizations, companies, and businesses cannot become Members or use the
Service for any commercial purpose.
B. You agree to receive emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and calls from us and
our members regarding our services. This consent supersedes any DND/NCPR
registration.
C. Multiple profiles of the same person are not permitted. We reserve the right
to deactivate all such profiles without a refund.
D. You confirm that all information and content provided by you is accurate and
true. If creating a profile on behalf of a friend or relative, you confirm you
have their explicit consent.
E. You are strongly advised to verify your profile with a government-issued ID
to build trust. We may require mandatory ID verification for accessing certain
features.
F. You will not transmit any chain letters, junk email, or spam to other
members.
G. You will not use any information obtained from the Service to harass, abuse,
or harm another person.
H. You cannot use any automated processes (bots, scripts, etc.) to interact
with the Site or its members.
I. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to screen and monitor
communications between members and may delete any content we deem inappropriate
or offensive at our sole discretion.
J. Members are expected to exercise caution for their privacy and safety.

6. Prohibited Content and Activities
The following is a list of content that is illegal or
prohibited on the Site. We will investigate and take appropriate legal action
against anyone who violates this provision, including terminating their
membership without a refund. Prohibited content includes that which:
Is offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or
physical harm.
Harasses or advocates for the harassment of another person.
Involves the transmission of "junk mail" or "spam."
Promotes false, misleading, or illegal activities.
Infringes upon another person's copyrighted work.
Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material.
Solicits personal information from anyone under 18.
Engages in commercial activities without our prior written consent.
Impersonates another person.
Threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of India.
7. Proprietary Rights and Content
A. Fastermatrimony.com owns and retains all proprietary
rights in the Site and the Service. The Site contains copyrighted material,
trademarks, and other proprietary information. You cannot copy, modify,
publish, or sell any such proprietary information without our consent.
B. You are solely responsible for the content (photos, text, information) that
you post on the Site.
C. By posting content, you grant Fastermatrimony.com a worldwide, royalty-free,
perpetual license to use, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such
content for the purpose of providing our Services.
D. We may ask for evidence to support the content you post. If you fail to
provide satisfactory evidence, we may terminate your membership without a
refund.
E. By submitting a success story, you expressly authorize us to publish your
photographs and testimony on the Site.
8. Copyright Policy
You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted
material or trademarks without obtaining the prior written consent of the
owner. If you believe your work has been copied and posted on our service in a
way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Grievance
Officer with the required information as per law.
9. Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions and
communications with other Members. We reserve the right, but have no
obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. We expressly
disclaim any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions
between members.
10. Privacy Policy
Use of the Site and/or Service is governed by our Privacy
Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.
11. Disclaimers
A. Fastermatrimony.com is not responsible for any
incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site. We are not responsible for
the conduct of any Member, whether online or offline.
B. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
or defect in the Service.
C. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of
networks, servers, or software.
D. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS." We expressly
disclaim any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Service.
E. The exchange of profiles is not a matrimonial offer or recommendation from
us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from any relationship
established through the use of our service.
F. You should never provide your financial information (e.g., credit card or
bank account details) to other Members.
12. Limitation on Liability
In no event will Fastermatrimony.com be liable to you or
any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or
punitive damages, including lost profits. Our liability to you for any because
whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to
us for the Service during your term of membership.
13. Jurisdiction
If there is any dispute involving the Site and/or the
Service, you agree that all such disputes will be governed by the laws of India
and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in
Pune, Maharashtra, India.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Fastermatrimony.com, its
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any loss,
liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any
third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of
this Agreement or any fraudulent act on your part.
15. Child Safety Policy
We are committed to providing a safe platform and have a
zero-tolerance policy towards the endangerment of children.
A. Age Verification: Registration is strictly for users of legal marriageable
age (18+ for females, 21+ for males). We may ask for age verification documents
at any time. Any account found to belong to an underage person will be
terminated immediately.
B. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): We use a combination of
automated tools and human moderation to detect and remove any content that
depicts or promotes child abuse. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in
such matters.
C. Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any
activity that could harm a child, including sharing CSAM, online grooming, or
communicating with minors for inappropriate purposes.
D. Reporting: We encourage users to report any suspected underage activity or
content that violates this policy to our Grievance Officer.
16. General Provisions
A. By becoming a member, you agree to receive specific
communications from Fastermatrimony.com. You can manage your communication
preferences through your account settings.
B. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and
Fastermatrimony.com regarding the use of the Site. If any provision is held
invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force.
C. By registering on the Site, you unconditionally confirm that you have read,
understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions listed above.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Fastermatrimony.com, we are committed to providing a
transparent and fair experience to all our members. This policy outlines our
terms regarding refunds and cancellations for our premium membership services.
By making a payment for any of our premium services, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this
Refund and Cancellation Policy. This policy is an integral part of our main
Terms of Use.
1. Our Refund Policy
All payments made for our premium services are final and
non-refundable.
Reasoning: When you subscribe to a premium
membership on Fastermatrimony.com, your account is upgraded instantly. This
provides you with immediate access to a range of exclusive features, such as
viewing contact details, sending personalized messages, and enhanced profile
visibility.
Since the service is a digital subscription that is
delivered in full at the time of purchase (i.e., immediate access to premium
features), we do not offer refunds, either in full or in part, for any unused
portion of your subscription period.
This policy applies regardless of whether you:
- Find
a match before your subscription period ends.
- Are
not satisfied with the results or the number of matches.
- Choose
to stop using the service for any personal reason.
- Your
account is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Use.
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
While our standard policy is non-refundable, we may
consider issuing a refund in very specific and exceptional circumstances, such
as:
- Proven
Technical Error: If you were charged multiple times for the same
subscription due to a technical glitch on our payment gateway or our
system.
- Verified
Fraudulent Transaction: If a payment was made using your card or
account without your authorization, and you provide a valid police report
(FIR) and bank confirmation to support your claim.
All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case
basis. The decision to grant a refund in these circumstances remains at the
sole discretion of Fastermatrimony.com. To request a refund under these
exceptions, you must contact our support team at helpdesk@fastermatrimony.com within 7 days of the
transaction, providing all necessary documentation.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the
original method of payment within 7-14 working days.
3. Cancellation Policy
A. Cancellation of Your Membership by You
You have the freedom to cancel your membership at any
time. You can do this by deleting your profile from the Site or by sending a
request to our support team.
Effect of Cancellation: Cancelling your membership
will permanently remove your profile from our platform. However, please note
that this action will not entitle you to a refund for any remaining or unused
portion of your paid subscription.
B. Cancellation of Auto-Renewal
To provide uninterrupted service, many of our
subscription plans are set to renew automatically. You are responsible for
managing your subscription.
How to Cancel Auto-Renewal: You can turn off the
auto-renewal feature at any time through your "Account Settings" or
"Membership" section on the website.
Effect of Cancelling Auto-Renewal: By turning off auto-renewal, your
subscription will expire at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will
not be charged again. You will continue to have access to the premium features
until your current subscription term ends.
C. Cancellation / Termination by Fastermatrimony.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
without notice if you are found to be in breach of our Terms of Use. This
includes, but is not in limited to, providing false information, engaging in
fraudulent activity, harassing other members, or using the platform for
commercial purposes.
In the event of such a termination by us, you will not be
eligible for any refund of your subscription fees.
4. Non-Transferable Memberships
Your Fastermatrimony.com membership is for your personal
use only and is strictly non-transferable. You cannot assign or transfer your
membership, or any of its benefits, to any other person or profile.
The Fastermatrimony.com website and service are owned and
